The check-in process was a nightmare. our room wasn't ready at 4:30 PM, leaving us stranded with tired kids. When we finally got in, the cigarette smell was unbearable, making it unsafe for my asthmatic children.

we had an amazing stay at candlewood suites, safety harbor! the welcome was warm, and the staff was friendly. our one-bedroom suite had a full kitchen, comfy sofa bed, and a recliner. we loved the two closets and the generous bottle of dove toiletries. also, the daily board with local info was super helpful for finding nearby beaches!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The spacious one-bedroom suite was perfect for our family of five teenagers. The location is fantastic, with plenty of nearby restaurants and a lively atmosphere in downtown Safety Harbor. My kids especially loved hanging out by the pool after spending time at Clearwater Beach, just a short drive away.

In my wife’s opinion, the heavy room doors made it a bit hard for the kids to manage all their stuff. It could be more family-friendly with lighter doors.

If you’re looking for a foodie adventure, look no further! Rodie's Restaurant & Pancake House is just minutes away and the burgers at Little Lamb Gastropub? Pure magic! Plus, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the King Studio Suite made my family feel right at home.

A couple of nagging issues were the heavy doors slamming all night and some common areas needing a little TLC. And while there wasn’t any breakfast on site, having a Publix nearby made up for it. Overall, nothing major kept this spot from shining!

Friendly staff, spacious room, the staff at the front desk were all so friendly and helpful while the room was large and clean. The location is convenient with good dining options in the same parking lot and just a short drive from St Pete-Clearwater International Airport.

Had a great time with my friends! We enjoyed live music downtown and took a nice walk down Main Street. The suite felt like home, with all the comforts we needed for our stay. The staff was helpful, and we loved having the full kitchen available for our meals. It’s perfect for group travel or families. Definitely recommend it for a laid-back getaway!

The only downside was that our bathroom shower had low water pressure, making it a bit frustrating to shower quickly between activities.

I had a wonderful stay in a very clean and spacious King Studio Suite. The location was fantastic, with plenty of dining options nearby, including a delightful breakfast spot literally next door. The kitchenette was a great feature, although I didn’t use it. A small improvement would be to address the noise from heavy doors in the hallway that could be bothersome at night.
